We explicitly disclaim any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or availability of information, content and offers found in our partners’ web sites, other than the internal information we privately send them to promote our services.

The protocols contain health programs, which contain targeted wellness therapies, medical treatments and services and a wide range of agreements, standards and formative processes between us and our partners.
Wellness therapies and services provided in the resulting health programs will be meticulously taught to our partners’ staff who possess the required experience and professional qualifications, ensuring the accuracy of the activity and safety of the guest. Nomad Health International will not assume and shall not have any liability to any guest who joins any program through one of our partners, when any of the wellness therapies or services contained in the program have been given or displayed negligently or by mistake, not accurately observing the protocols and standards previously taught.
Medical treatments and services will be provided as well in the resulting health programs. Those will be given by licensed medical practitioners, who possess the required experience, professional qualifications and further legal permits, ensuring the accuracy of the activity and safety of the guest. Nomad Health International will not assume and shall not have any liability to any guest who joins any program through one of our partners, when any of the Medical treatments or services contained in the program have been given or displayed negligently or by mistake, not accurately observing the protocols and standards previously taught.
Nomad Health International do not assume and shall not have any liability to any final guest who has decided to join any of the health programs against any of our partners’ recommendations.

You, as a potential partner or final participant of any of the health programs contained in our protocols acknowledge that you have carefully read this document and fully understand that it is a release of liability. You expressly agree to release and discharge Nomad Health International from any and all claims or causes of action as a result of not observing the guidelines and terms expressed in this document.
